From the moment I arrived, Jenny at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. She made check-in smooth and answered all my questions with ease. Next, Crystal, the Dental Assistant, guided me through the scanning process and explained everything in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Mojgani then took the time to go over my results thoroughly, explaining my gum health and any possible diagnoses with great care and clarity. Finally, Farzaneh, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job with my cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience very comfortable. The service and everything was great from the time I walked in Jennifer greeted me with a smile and she was also the last face I saw smiling the whole time I really appreciated her whole personality. Crystal was amazing as well She did my X-rays keeping me informed of the process and setting in proper expectations the whole time so thank you. Doctor Fernandez was even better he explained all of the treatment recommendations that he had everything made sense he also asked if I had any follow up questions just make the process seem very personal so overall the experience was great and I look forward to working with them again!
